Sunekos

Sunekos is an innovative treatment which acts directly on skin laxity and combines bio-remodelling with a tightening effect. It falls into a class known as bio-stimulators, and works to stimulate the fibroblasts in the skin to produce more collagen and elastin, resulting in a firmer appearance of the skin.

It has a combination of low molecular density hyaluronic acid and amino acids which help restore the extracellular matrix and provide a environment that supports collagen and elastin production.

What is sunekos?

It then works over the next 2 - 4 weeks to promote collagen and elastin production in the skin, giving a tighter, more youthful appearance to the skin. Sunekos is given in a course of 2 to 3 treatments, 4 weeks apart. It is a great treatment for older crepey skin, but can also be useful in younger patients who want to start collagen banking.

What areas can be treated?

There is 2 types of Sunekos injectable available, Sunekos 200 and Sunekos 1200.

Sunekos Performa® - indicated for the whole face and under the eyes. Suitable for less visible wrinkles.

Sunekos 1200® - Indicated for the mid-lower face due to its excellent firming and lifting action. Suitable for more advanced visible signs of ageing
